The 4 Accessories Trends of 2017 That Aren't Going Anywhere in 2018

January 04, 2018

Guys, accessories really do make the outfit. for example, take the classic jeans and a  t-shirt, one's everyday staple, a look that is practically embedded in your subconscious. Now add a pair of bright red sock boots some matching Kurt Cobain style sunglasses, and you're on your way to fashion week. Last year's accessories were making waves and their not stopping anytime soon. Here are some 2017 accessories trends that won't be going anywhere in 2018.

Kurt Cobain Sunglasses
To be honest, I am not super familiar with Kurt Cobain's work, but I do know that these are one of the coolest statement sunnies I've seen in a long time and they were inspired by him. Now with these, eBay is your friend. They've got them in red, white, yellow, black and even with different coloured lenses. Take your pick girl.

The Bum Bag/ The Fanny Pack
Our favourite small bag has travelled from the streets of Nottinghill and behind market stalls to Somerset house. I cannot say I am surprised, it's practicality and comfort is still not matched. Not to mention its the most inexpensive trend on this list, cop one from eBay for as low as £3.

The Kitten Heel Sock Boot
So the small heel is a trend that decided to reel us in slowly, warm us up, first, we had the kitten-heeled pumps and not to mention the mules that everyone and their second cousin wore during the summer. Now get ready to see the 'kitten sock boot' (as I like to call it ) on every other street in Shoreditch this year.

The Beret

The '90s are really here for the long haul, from Mom jeans to oversized knitwear to box braids and more, this seems to be the decade that just keeps on giving. And they've just given us one more gem, the beret. I chose this picture because it was taken in the '90s but I could definitely see someone wearing the exact same outfit today.
